Stewart, Fenner

Fenner Stewart is a PhD candidate at Osgoode and the Academic Director at the CLPE. His research focuses on learning how law and other normative communications assist governance actors identify and understand their decision-making patterns, focusing specifically on how these embedded patterns help and hamper corporate governance's adaptive capacity. He has taught for the Law and Society program (York), the Environmental Science graduate program (York) and Osgoode Hall Law School (York).  He was previously a research associate at The Liu Institute for Global Issues (UBC), the Centre for Asian Legal Studies (UBC), and is presently a Research Fellow at the CLPE.
