Currently a lecturer at Bar Ilan University in Israel, Dr Perez holds an LL.B. from the University of Tel Aviv and an LL.M and a Ph.D from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Dr Perez' work concentrates on international trade, environmental law and legal theory. His publications include
